About Frank
My work is not only based on theory, but on lived experience
My Journey
I worked for many years in a successful company and, from the outside, lived a life that seemed successful and happy.
But internally, I was accompanied by deep sadness, social anxiety, and tension that showed up in my relationships and my sense of self.
I tried to cover these feelings through a 60-hour workweek and intense exercise. In 2019, after experiencing burnout, I took a three-month break and completed a yoga and meditation training in Thailand.
The Turning Point
Shortly before returning to Germany, I felt convinced that I could go back into life and work with new energy, using all the tools I had learned.
But once I returned, my inner world could no longer be suppressed. Especially my social anxiety became visible in meetings and in my social life.
Not knowing how to deal with it, I made a radical decision: I left Germany behind and began a journey through Latin America and India—turning inward.
The Inner Journey
During this time, I was searching for deeper answers.
For several years, I lived in communities and intentional living environments where inner work was an integral part of daily life. Together, we explored practices such as Inner Child Work, Parts Work, meditation, conscious relationships, and personal growth. The focus was not on changing others, but on continually turning inward and taking responsibility for what was happening within ourselves.
For the first time, I learned to spend less energy focusing on what others were doing wrong and more attention on what was happening within me. I began taking responsibility for my emotions and consciously meeting them, rather than suppressing or avoiding them.
I started giving my inner child what it had been longing for for so many years.
This way of life was not always easy. Yet it was through the many challenges of living closely with others that I learned how often we project our thoughts, emotions, and unresolved wounds onto the people around us. I came to see that beneath our patterns, stories, and emotional reactions lies something much deeper. The more honestly I was willing to look within, the more inner peace, clarity, and connection emerged, both within myself and in my relationships with others.
At the same time, I was introduced to Systemic Constellation Work.
It offered me a new perspective on how deeply family conditioning and unconscious dynamics shape our lives, and how profound transformation becomes possible when what has been hidden is brought into awareness.
My Work Today
Today, all of these experiences are woven into my work. I support people in finding greater clarity, inner freedom, and connection through Family Constellations, systemic coaching, Inner Child Work, and the exploration and integration of their inner parts.
What I have experienced time and time again on my own journey is this: the more honestly I was willing to meet myself, the more transformation became possible.
That is why I do not see my role as fixing people or giving them answers. Instead, I support them in reconnecting with themselves, bringing hidden dynamics into awareness, and creating a space where new experiences and perspectives can emerge.
Because genuine transformation often begins when we find the courage to meet ourselves honestly.
What I Offer
What I offer is grounded in my own experience. The deeper I go within myself, the more space I am able to hold for my clients.
I know what it feels like to be paralyzed by fear, to lose yourself, and to be unable to build healthy relationships.
At the same time, I have experienced that it is possible to break free from these patterns, rediscover who you are, find a deep sense of inner peace, and begin to walk your own unique path.

Education & Qualifikation
Since 2019, I have continuously deepened my knowledge and practice in the fields of inner work, systemic processes, and personal development.
My training includes:
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Parts Work
• Breathwork and body-oriented process work
• Integrative consciousness practices focused on emotional integration, life force energy, and inner wholeness
• Advanced systemic training in Family Constellations, Organizational Constellations, and systemic facilitation
What has shaped my work most deeply, however, is not only my formal training, but also the way I have lived.
For several years, I was part of communities and intentional living environments where inner work was an integral part of daily life. Together, we explored practices such as Inner Child Work, Parts Work, Gestalt Therapy, Family Constellations, meditation, and conscious relationship work.
This way of life was not always easy. Yet it was through these challenges that I learned how often we project our thoughts, emotions, and unresolved wounds onto others. I came to see that beneath our patterns, stories, and emotional reactions lies something much deeper. The more willing we are to turn toward ourselves with honesty and curiosity, the more inner peace, clarity, and authenticity can emerge.
Today, these experiences inform every session I facilitate.
