Family Constellation is a systemic method that brings hidden dynamics within your family system into awareness.
We often carry not only our own experiences, but also unconscious loyalties, patterns, and emotional imprints from previous generations. These can show up as repeating relationship patterns, inner blocks, self-doubt, or ongoing conflicts.
