1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, sessions, programs, workshops, and offers provided by
Frank Günther
Systemic Coaching & Inner Child Work
hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.
By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
The Provider offers coaching, guidance, and personal development support in the fields of systemic work and inner child work.
Services may include:

One-on-one coaching sessions (online or in person)

Workshops or group sessions

Online programs or courses
Coaching services provided by the Provider do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
3. Formation of Contract
A contract is concluded when a session or service is booked through the website, via email, through a booking system, or through any other agreed form of booking.
By booking a session or service, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro unless otherwise specified.
Payments may be made via:

bank transfer

online payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal)
-
other agreed payment methods.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the start of the scheduled session or service.
5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduled appointments are binding.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
If the cancellation occurs later or the client does not attend the session, the full session fee may be charged.
6. Client Responsibility
Coaching is a voluntary and active process.
The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching process.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes that the client undertakes based on the coaching sessions.
Participation in coaching sessions is at the client’s own responsibility.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.
The Provider agrees to keep all personal information of the client confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Changes to Services
The Provider reserves the right to adjust the content, schedule, or format of services if necessary and reasonable for the client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered location of the Provider.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and valid.
