Family Constellation in Dresden

In a constellation, we work with a group of people who are not part of your actual family.

One person brings an intention or topic, while other participants are invited to represent family members or relevant inner parts.

 

These representatives take positions in the space and often begin to perceive feelings, impulses, or tensions that are not their own, but are connected to your topic.

In this way, a living image of your inner and family system begins to emerge.

 

Within this space, it becomes visible which dynamics are at play, where relationships feel strained, or where something has not yet come into balance.

We gently follow what reveals itself — without forcing anything — allowing the process to unfold step by step and guide us toward the origin of the issue.

 

Often, this leads to experiences or events that lie far in the past, yet continue to influence your life on an unconscious level.

 

Through consciously acknowledging what was, and allowing a new inner perspective to emerge, these old entanglements can begin to resolve.

What has been carried for a long time can be returned to where it belongs.

 

As a result, bound energy is released — energy that was previously held within old patterns or dynamics.

This energy becomes available to you again.

 

From here, more clarity, inner order, and a sense of freedom can arise, allowing you to move through life and relationships in a more conscious and authentic way.
