Family Constellation & Inner Child Work
In the Field we see.
In the Body we feel.
In the Heart we integrate.

A Holistic Path to Deep Healing
Sometimes it takes two perspectives to truly understand a pattern.
Systemic work and inner child integration complement each other and create a holistic approach to your personal development.
In our sessions, we explore old patterns, deeply rooted emotions, and inner parts that were often shaped early in life. Experiences from childhood and dynamics within the family system strongly influence how you think, feel, and relate today.
Systemic work reveals where certain patterns originated — in family entanglements, inherited roles, or unconscious loyalties. It helps you recognize what truly belongs to you — and what does not.
But insight alone is not enough.
Old imprints do not only exist in the past. They live in your present experience — in conflicts, emotional triggers, or the feeling of being stuck.
This is where inner child work becomes essential. We gently turn toward the parts of you that were not fully seen or supported in the past. Instead of fighting these reactions, we begin to understand and integrate them. Emotions are allowed to be present. Inner parts are given space.
When systemic awareness and inner integration meet, real change becomes possible. Not through self-criticism, but through conscious integration.
You can release what you have been unconsciously carrying.
You can take responsibility for what truly belongs to you.
From this clarity, a new way of relating — to yourself and to others — can emerge.

Systemic Approach & Inner Cild Work
Family Constellation is a systemic method that makes hidden dynamics within your family system visible. We often unconsciously carry roles, emotions, or loyalties from our family of origin. In a constellation, these entanglements become tangible and clear. You begin to see where you are bound — and where you can start to release internally. From this clarity, it becomes possible to take your place in life more consciously.
Inner child work turns the focus inward. Many of our present reactions are rooted in early experiences. Emotions that once had no space to be felt often continue to influence us today — showing up as triggers, self-doubt, or repeating relationship patterns.
Instead of suppressing or over-analyzing these inner parts, we meet them with awareness. The parts within you that were once unseen are given space to be acknowledged and felt. The body is not “treated” as a problem to fix, but included as a field of experience where emotions can safely regulate and settle — not through force, but through presence.
When systemic clarity and inner integration come together, a deeper understanding of yourself begins to emerge. You start to distinguish what truly belongs to you — and what was part of an old story.
And in that space, something new becomes possible.
Not a new role. Not a new strategy.
But a more authentic connection with yourself.
