How I Work

Our inner child carries both nurturing and painful experiences. From these experiences, beliefs are formed that often guide us unconsciously, such as:

 

“I am not good enough.”

“I have to achieve to be loved.”

“I’m not allowed to show weakness.”

“I have to be there for others.”

“My needs are not important.”

“If I show myself, I will be rejected.”

“I have to stay in control to feel safe.”

 

These inner patterns continue to shape our lives today. They show up in our relationships, in our decisions, and in the way we relate to ourselves — often without us even realizing it.

 

You might recognize yourself in this:

You adapt, even though you want something else.

You take responsibility for others but lose yourself in the process.

You withdraw or go into control when things become emotional.

Or you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns again and again.

 

At the same time, many of these patterns are not only formed through our own experiences, but also inherited through our family system. Dynamics and unconscious loyalties passed down through generations influence how we feel, think, and behave.

 

In my sessions, we work with both of these levels. We make visible what comes from your personal story — and what you have taken on from your family system.

 

Through systemic work, we bring clarity into these family dynamics. Inherited emotions and beliefs can be recognized and gradually released.

 

At the same time, we turn toward your inner child and explore what it needs in order to let go of old survival strategies. We begin to understand why these strategies were formed and the role they once played.

 

By giving your inner child today what was missing back then, it can gradually relax — and old patterns no longer need to shape your behavior.

 

This creates clarity about what truly belongs to you — and what you can begin to let go of.

 

You start to respond more consciously instead of reacting automatically.

Old patterns lose their grip.

And the energy that was once tied up in repetition becomes available again — for relationships, decisions, and a way of living that feels aligned.

Family Constellation is a systemic method that makes hidden dynamics within your family system visible. We often unconsciously carry roles, emotions, or loyalties from our family of origin. In a constellation, these entanglements become tangible and clear.

You begin to recognize where you are still bound — and where you can begin to let go.

From this clarity, you can leave family patterns behind and walk your own path.

Inner child work turns the focus inward. Many of our present reactions are rooted in early experiences. Emotions that once had no space to be felt often continue to influence us today — showing up as triggers, self-doubt, or repeating relationship patterns.

 

Instead of suppressing or only analyzing these parts, we meet them with awareness and give them space to be seen and felt.

 

By giving your inner child what it needed but didn’t receive, it can finally relax — and no longer needs to fall back into old patterns.

 

When systemic work and inner child work come together, a space opens where we can recognize, integrate, and release old patterns — and come closer to ourselves, with more clarity, inner calm, and a deeper sense of connection.
