What is Family Constellation and how does it work?
Family Constellation is a method that makes unconscious dynamics and patterns from your family system visible.
We often carry emotions, roles, or behaviors that are not originally ours — yet still influence our lives and relationships today.
Through Family Constellation, these patterns become visible.
We begin to understand where they come from — and start letting go of what does not belong to us.
This allows you to gradually release the burdens of the past and move forward more freely on your own path.
In a group setting, one person brings an intention or topic, while others represent family members or inner parts.
This makes hidden connections visible and allows them to reorganize.
Would you like to join a Family Constellation?
We meet every two weeks in Dresden in a safe and supportive space for a session of approximately three hours.
You can join either with your own topic or as a representative.
The fee for bringing your own topic is €40 per session.
Participation as a representative is donation-based.
