A Couples’ Journey in Trust & Expression Come with us on a 2-hour Relationship journey to deepen trust, connection, and authentic expression. To enhance presence and mindfulness, we will share the medicine of cacao. This couples-only workshop is designed to bring ease into your relationship by openly expressing what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll explore what holds us back from speaking our truth, how to overcome these barriers, and how to build trust through clear communication, expressing needs, setting boundaries, conscious touch, and Shibari. Through this process, you will deepen self-awareness and strengthen your bond in a safe and supportive space. In relationships, unspoken fears and unexpressed needs can create distance. This workshop provides a safe and interactive space where you and your partner can release what holds you back, practice truth-speaking, and build trust in new, embodied ways.
